What do I need to bring?
Please dress for the weather. Hat, sunscreen, bug spray, and sunglasses are strongly recommended. Guests are responsible to bring their own nonalcoholic beverages and snacks. All life jackets, tackle, reels, and rods will be provided but you are welcome to also bring your own if you would rather. All guests aged 12+ must have a valid Ontario Fishing License. It is clients' responsibility to purchase this ahead of time and proof of purchase will be required before leaving the dock. There will be no refunds if the licence is forgotten. Please also bring your own cooler should you wish to keep your catch.
What if I don't know how to fish?
Not a problem! We look forward to introducing you to angling! All skill levels are welcome.
What happens to the fish I catch?
We strongly support catch & release fishing, however, if you would like to keep your legal catch, please simply inform us upon booking. If you catch a trophy fish, we will be sure to weigh, measure, and picture your fish as well as recommend a good fish taxidermy to plaque the fish in your area. Please bring a cooler to transport your catch home.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We plan to fish rain or shine! However, if the wind is too high or there is thunder/lightning, it will be unsafe to venture out onto the water. Upon discussion with the captain, our guests can either receive a full refund or have the opportunity to re-book their excursion for another time within the same season. Please be sure to dress for the weather.
